Preschool and K-8th grade. To submit an application you may:

Download the MS Word document, fill it out in MS Word, and fax

or email it

Download the MS Word document, print it out, and fax or mail it to The Colby School

Contact Colby to have an information

packet mailed to you.

While you may submit your application electronically, please note that you will need to

send in

your $60 application fee

before your application can be formally considered.
