Colby is a non-profit independent school which serves students in Pre-school through 8th grade. We have small class sizes (12 in preschool and a maximum of 17 in older grades) and center our educational practices around the Tribes philosophy. Individualized education is at the core of what we provide for every student. Colby strives to attract and retain the best faculty possible and therefore offers competitive salary and benefits.
