Colby is a non-profit

independent school which serves students in Pre-school

through 8th grade. We have small class sizes (12 in preschool

and a maximum of 17 in older grades) and center our educational

practices around the Tribes philosophy. Individualized

education is at the core of what we provide for every

student. Colby strives to attract and retain the best

faculty possible and therefore offers competitive salary

and benefits. We have a strong mentoring program to facilitate

new faculty adjusting to our philosophy. Faculty are

active participants in the governance of our school,

and we have strong parental support across all grade

levels. Colby is located in Park City, a beautiful resort

community approximately 30 minutes from Salt Lake City,

and perfectly located to take full advantage of our commitment

to outdoor education.

to work closely with enrichment teachers to ensure

integration of art, music, physical education, music,
