Once students have a strong sense of their own self-worth, talents, and abilities and have come to value and appreciate those gifts in others, it's only natural that they turn outward toward the community at large.

At Colby we look for ways to serve our community. We coordinate and participate in various activities throughout the year where the focus is on helping others. Participating in Fall and Spring blood drives, adopting Navajo elders, gathering food and nonperishable goods for the less fortunate, supporting our school-wide recycling programs, and adopting Senior Citizen "grandparents" at the holidays are just some of the ways Colby students and parents get involved in serving our community.
